A country related to the great Persian Empire and Alexander the Great’s route towards the East. The real interest of many travelers in Iran, lies in the archeological site of Persepolis, and not without a reason! Huge palaces, gates and tombs that date back to the 6th century B.C. offer a breathtaking sight. The trip to Persia is completed by visits in two more centers of Persian Culture: Shiraz, the “City of Poets” with its gardens and mausoleums and Yazd with its magnificent architecture.
